Bills are typically around £150–£180 per person per month, depending on the time of year, gas and electricity usage, and any changes to energy rates.

The Grassmarket is a lively but safe and very central area, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops nearby. Princes Street, the Royal Mile, the University of Edinburgh and excellent transport links are all within easy walking distance.
We’re moving out of the flat, so the full property will be available. It would be ideal for two friends moving together or a couple looking for an additional bedroom or home-office space.
