The room is available from early July and ideally for long-term let.

• Furnished with a double loft bed
• Includes a desk and chair – great for working/studying
• Ample closet space and storage

• Second floor flat in a Victorian terraced house (no lift)
• Two double bedrooms, one bathroom, living area, and a fully equipped kitchen
• Kitchen includes a washing machine, microwave, fridge, and freezer
• Bathroom is fitted with a large bathtub
• Free on-street parking available
• Quiet, safe neighbourhood with excellent amenities

I have been living in the flat for about 4 years and value a quiet, peaceful, and hygienic living space. I’m tidy and respectful of shared spaces and am looking for someone with similar values who is clean, responsible, and considerate in the house.

• Female, working professional (for council tax purposes)
• Proactive about cleanliness (no dishes left out, regularly taking out trash and emptying garbage bins when full, shared spaces tidied after every use - especially kitchen and bathroom)
• Is respectful and values a quiet, peaceful home
• Doesn’t host large gatherings or frequent guests
🚫 Additional Notes:
• No smoking, no pets, and no house parties as required by the landlord
• The flat is quiet during the week – ideal if you also work from home or enjoy a calm environment
