Studio for July and August Edinburgh

Hello,

I am looking to transfer my contract as I am moving away, so the contract would only cover the months of July and August. Ideally, the building is looking for students, however, I am sure I can double-check the status of this as the building gets turned into a hotel during the summer periods.
All the bills are included, and the studio has its own private kitchen and bathroom. The building has a communal laundry room, a private gym, a cinema room and a study room. Security is always available. It is very well located. I will leave a description from the website below:
