Flatmate wanted in Canonmills house

Hey! I'm looking for someone to move I to the second room here.

It's a lovely ground floor home in Canonmills, 30 seconds away from Lidl and Tesco. We have the bottom floor and basement of a converted house.

I live here with my two adorable indoor cats so unfortunately I would prefer to not have any other pets move into the house.

The living room, kitchen, and bathroom are all shared and all have been furnished by me. We also have a back garden and a front patio. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, and all kitchen appliances you'll ever need.

The room is West-facing and can be nice and bright with the curtains open. It's big enough to fit a desk if you need one, but the bed in the pictures is dismantled and in the basement. Free for you to use if you'd like to put it together!

I work in a bar so my shifts vary from days to nights, but I'm respectful of people's time to sleep and keep quiet if I do come home late. I like to keep communal spaces tidy, especially with my cats roaming around.

In my free time I like to play video games (massive TV and a PS5), cook delicious food, have people round for BBQs, and go out to pubs. The usual.
