Student Accommodation: 1 En-Suite in Cluster Flat

I (International student) booked a student accommodation in Portsburgh Court, Edinburgh, but for personal reasons, I am unable to move in and am now hunting for a replacement tenant for the student accommodation.

Here are some details about the place;

1. It is centrally located: The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the University of Edinburgh Campus.

2. While the rent may appear slightly steep, it is a top notch porperty with all bills inclusive in the rental amount.

3. The common area of the building is rustic aesthetic, and has a snooker/pool and table tennis table. It also hosts a gym and contents insurance is included as part of your rent.

4. It has no restrictions or curfews!

5. It has a communal kitchen and living space with up to 5 en-suite rooms per flat. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and basin and the room has basic furnishings like a chair, underbed storage, wardrobe, personal study space with desk and chair.

As far as room take over formalities are concerned, I shall be assisting you in every possible way and step so that the process is as seamless as possible. I am an incoming student and so while I am not on ground as yet, I am able to share all possible resource with you to assist you with this listing!
