Large Double Room in Period Apartment

Hi all! Looking for someone to take over my previous flatmate’s tenancy from the 14th of June in a large period apartment in West End. Rent is 775/mo plus bills and council tax (which we can avoid if you’re also a student). The bedroom is the master one; en suite and comes furnished.

The flat has a large shared living room with a working fireplace and feels cosy despite it's size. The kitchen has tons of space for cooking and comes with gas hobs, a dishwasher etc.

It's a couple of minutes walk from Haymarket station, meaning it's super easy to get out of the city for a hike when you want, plus an 8 min walk to Sainsburies and a 12 minute walk to Lidl, and a couple of minutes walk to the nearest tram stop.

Current household is myself, a 36yr old PhD student at the Uni of Edinburgh. I'm fairly sociable and enjoy reading, cycling and getting creative, as well as other random hobbies I sometimes pick up. Occasionally I'll have friends over for dinner and games. I'm always up for a tea and a chat but appreciate own space too, and the place is big enough not to get on each others toes.
