Large single room for rent £370 all inclusive

Hi guys I have a large freshly painted single bedroom for rent. The room itself has a single divan bed in it with storage space underneath. A built in wardrobe and shelves. Tv and dvd player combo. The flat is modern and has just been painted and re-carpeted so it is nice and fresh. The flat has all mod cons, wireless internet, 42" tv, washer/drier, secure entry system and private parking. I am a laid back 32 year old female professional who works in care. I do two sleepovers per week so you would have the place to yourself at least 2 nights per week! I like people who are funny, friendly and outgoing. I like folk who are tidy too! All I am asking for is £370 per month and that includes all bills except the telephone. The flat is in Restalrig near Leith and is only a 10 minute bus ride into town.
