Double Room in Leith Flat

Hi my name is Ellen :) I’m a 23 year old young professional. Im looking for a flatmate to move into the second bedroom in a 2-bed, ground floor flat located between Easter Road and Leith Walk. There are lots of shops nearby and city centre is accessible on foot or by good public transport links.

The flat is furnished and has two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living room and newly fitted modern kitchen. The property has double glazing, lots of storage and has been recently re-decorated with new flooring throughout, new kitchen and bathroom.

I’m looking for a young professional or postgraduate student to move into the room. I’m hoping to find someone clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, as I am. It’s important to me to have a flatmate who’s friendly, up for the occasional chat/dinner but also values quiet and their own space.

The rent is £650 a month and the bills are approximately £65 per month.
