Double Room close to Haymarket station

Ii'm able to offer a short term Room rental only from 27 Aug until 14/15 Sept

The rate shown is a per week rate on all inclusive with bills etc

This is my home, but I will be away from the property at this time

The property at this time will be shared by a mature student who attends Heriot-Watt University., and is very polite, friendly amenable and tidy

The property is well furnished and will just have been redecorated. Bedding can be provided for shorter term stays. The place is max 5 mins walk to Haymarket station and just a minute to the closest bus stop/supermarket so it is very convenient.

I am looking for someone with a careful disposition who is happy to share and keep common areas clean etc.
