Hello my name is Maëlle and I am a French Osteopath. My current housemate is moving to Newclastle at the end of August.
The flat is very nicely located in the heart of Tollcross, 10minutes walk to Old Town and 15minutes walk to New Town. Our rental agency is Littlejohn and they are very nice and helpful.
Rent is 800£ per person, bills are around 50£ per person, we chose not to have wifi but that is something we can discuss. Council tax is band B so only 70£ per month which is very good for the area.
Ideally I am looking for someone who loves hiking and would like to explore the Highlands on weekends. I also like to socialise, invite people for meals at home, dancing and watching a good film on Sunday evenings.
I am looking for someone who shares my feminist values, LGBTQ+ friendly and environement friendly. I lived with European people at Uni before and I would love to live with a French or Belgium housemate again but I am open to any nationality.
