Room for Rent in Edinburgh (Sep26 to Nov26)

We’re offering two bright and comfortable rooms in our spacious 4-bedroom home in Edinburgh, which I share with my partner. We are going overseas from 10th of September 2026 till 9th of November 2026. The house is available during this period. If you are interested, you would need to come in on 9th of September and leave by 9th of November.

The room comes fully furnished and shares access to one of the two bathrooms in the house. You’ll also have full access to a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee maker, and washing machine. The living room is shared and has a TV with access to Netflix, Prime, Disney+, and more. WiFi is ultra-fast (1Gbps), perfect for remote work or streaming. There is an office room with 3 monitors of required for working.

There’s a private garden at the side of the house that can be accessed from outside — great for some fresh air.

We’re sociable but also respectful of personal space. We’re looking for a tidy, considerate flatmate. Ideal for someone who’s working or studying full-time, and who values a clean, respectful shared living arrangement.
