Superior Residential House Sole Use 4 days a Week

Hello!

I am offering the sole use of the house for 4 DAYS a week- Thursday, Friday ,Saturday and Sunday. This might suit someone who lives elsewhere and comes to Edinburgh for work.

I live with my partner for those days and the rest of the time I am here at home. You will have the house to yourself.

I am on the ground floor and am offering a very large sunny bay windowed room and sole use of the bathroom with power shower. The house has high ceilings and is a superior quality Victorian terraced house in Trinity which is a quiet and very safe neighbourhood with mostly professionals living around here. We have a Neighbourhood Watch scheme and look out for each other. It's friendly without being intrusive. It's leafy and green with a park and cycle paths nearby. There are a few local shops and a post office and supermarket a few minutes away. Plenty of buses and the tram a couple of minutes away at the bottom of the road in Newhaven. Bus and tram take a few minutes to get to Leith and the centre of the city. The sea and harbour are a short walk away. This area is lovely to walk around with many interesting large houses that were built in Victorian and Georgian times, some of which were for the owners of shipping companies so they could have a view of sea and see their cargo vessels coming back.
The Botanics Gardens and Ocean Terminal are within walking distance. A swimming pool and gym isn't far.

There is a cat here. She is mostly outdoors and is a very quiet and a gentle little person.

Virgin broadband is included in the rent. Electricity and gas are chargeable.

You will have a very large and comfortable bedroom cum sitting room that has a couch, TV and desk in it. I will not be using your room when you are not here. The kitchen is large with table and chairs. It is fully equipped and you have full access to the garden. There is also a washing machine and drying line outside.

This is an eco friendly home as much as is possible. A fresh and clean non smoking environment.
