Double Bedroom to let

Looking for a flatmate to join me in my two-bed flat just off Easter Road. It's a lovely cosy flat with South-facing windows and a balcony. Bedroom is furnished with a bed, side tables and chest of drawers, and there's a built-in wardrobe too.

Shared shower room will be mostly yours (apart from use of th shower which is shared). Shared open-plan living room and kitchen.

Council tax band D. Along with utilities, total bills are around £120.

I am out most weekday evenings, would be keen to hang out occasionally but also appreciate time to myself. Looking for someone clean and tidy who is respectful of common spaces.
