Large Double Room by Newington 🍂🧗

I am planning to move out sadly, so my lovely flatmate Ginny is in need of someone new. I can be very flexible on the move in date but ideally we find someone to move in by the end of the year.

One large double room is available in this 2 bed flat. The flat is the perfect size for 2 people and includes an office room.

Council tax is band D. The flat is rented with an agency, at £850pm. Gas/Elec/Wifi and CT comes to around £115 pm. If you are a student then this will be cheaper with no CT. All in all this flat suites someone with a budget of £1k per month.

You'll be staying with Ginny, an avid climber and runner, studying a Masters in Planetary Health the University of Edinburgh's Futures Institute. A message from Ginny below.

I climb trad and sport usually but hitting the Hangar a lot lately with my mates. I’ve got a van for summer adventures (we can only have one vehicle on the house parking permit unfortunately). I also love crafting and always have a project on the go 🪡
