Large Double Room by Newington

I am planning to move out sadly, so my lovely flatmate Ginny is in need of someone new. I can be very flexible on the move in date.

One large double room is available in this 2 bed flat. The flat is the perfect size for 2 people and includes an office room.

Council tax is band D. The flat is rented with an agency, at £825pm. Gas/Elec/Wifi and CT comes to around £115 pm. If you are a student then this will be cheaper with no CT. All in all this flat suites someone with a budget of £950 per month.

You'll be staying with Ginny, an avid climber and runner, studying a Masters in Planetary Health the University of Edinburgh's Futures Institute.

I climb trad and sport usually but hitting the Hangar a lot lately with my mates. I’ve got a van for summer adventures (we can only have one vehicle on the house parking permit unfortunately). I also love crafting and always have a project on the go 🪡
