I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as due to circumstances I’m no longer living in the city. In general a bit on the pricier side at £920 per month but I’m willing to pay extra per month so you can stay within budget. :)

A guarantor is required if you need to pay in instalments, which is due in 4 or 10.

Pricing: £230 per week (Bills included), 51 Week stay.

Room: En-suite located on the 4th floor, shared kitchen

Amenities: On-site Gym, private dining room, karaoke room, outdoor cinema

Location: 13 Minutes from University of Edinburgh, 30 minutes from Edinburgh Napier University.
