Tram/bus stops a few minutes walk from door steps (25/12/26/31/22/30/3/33/1/2). 15 minutes walk to Haymarket, 6-7 minutes by direct bus/tram to Prince street, 15 minutes by tram/Airlink bus to Edinburgh airport, direct bus service to Heriot Watt/Napier/Edinburgh University in 15-30min.
