I am at the flat only about half the time, so you'd often have the place to yourself. Please note that the room doesn't have a desk in it and so is not suitable for those that work from home.
I'm friendly, easy-going and would like a lodger I get along with, ideally for the longer-term. I enjoy hiking, travelling, comedy and podcasts.
