Double Room Student/Graduate/Young Professional

Hello!
We are 2 girls looking for a young professional or student to join our 3 bed flat in Newington/Southside. It is a super central 2nd floor flat, right next to George Square, 10 minute cycle to King’s Buildings and easy bus routes to all hospitals.

The room is small though has a double bed. We also have a lovely shared garden.
Important to note it faces onto Nicolson Street so can be noisy, if you are particularly sensitive to noise might not be best for you.

Mariana 24 (owns flat) junior doctor and Catherine 20, 3rd year astrophysics student. We are both busy people either at work or studying but in our free time we both love going to the gym, knitting and watching movies.

We prefer to stay in and you won’t find us in the club. We are both clean and respectful of our private spaces and are looking someone who will also do this.

Ideally looking for someone to stay until at least the end of next academic year.
