My lovely flatmate is moving out at the end of December, so I’m looking for a new mature and respectful person to move into our beautiful 2-bedroom flat from January.

A cosy and bright double bedroom, fully furnished and perfect for someone looking for a peaceful and tidy home.
💰 Rent is £800/month + ~£190 for bills (includes Wi-Fi, council tax, energy, etc.).

Kitchen is functional and fully equipped – includes dishwasher and all essential appliances 🍽️

Washing machine and dryer are located in a separate utility space 🧺

Super central location – you can easily walk or cycle everywhere

I work from home around 3 days a week, but I often travel — either for work or to visit my partner in London. I’m very tidy, friendly, and respectful of others’ space.

In my spare time, I’m into all things artsy, love going on hikes, and have been getting more and more into the gym and swimming lately 🏋️‍♂️🏊‍♂️. I'm looking for someone who’s also clean, considerate, and easygoing, and who treats the flat as a calm and respectful home.
