Hello, I'm looking for someone to join me on the lease of a lovely two-bedroom flat on Stockbridges's Dean Terrace, right next to the Water of Leith.

The flat is a brightly lit space occupying the whole of the second (top) floor in a Georgian mid-terrace building with carpeted staircase. Peaceful sitting room overlooking birdsong-filled back gardens, small but well appointed kitchen with gas cooker, washing machine and dishwasher, informal dining room and separate bath/ shower room and WC. Stockbridge high street (Raeburn Place) is just at the end of the road, with its shops, bars and restaurants a mere minute or two away. Doorstep parking permits are avialble on application.

The room comes fully furnished with a king-size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and chest of drawer. It's airy and light in the day and nice and quiet at night - Dean Terrace is closed to cars and the Stockbridge end, so through traffic is minimal.

I've been here for a year and a half and I love it. My current flatmate is moving back to Ireland, hence why I am looking for a fellow young professional to take her spot for the foreseeable future. I work from home most of the time and we've generally enjoyed chilled evening in the flat during the working week, but it's always fun to host the occasional dinner/drinks at the weekend if that worked for you too. No couples or pets sadly.
