It is the St Leonard's area, perfect for fitness enthusiasts or anyone wanting a walk with the best view over Edinburgh area.

The room will be available from September for a postgrad student wishing to share a 12-month lease. Single occupancy.

The communal area for the flat is a large 14m sq well equipped kitchen dining area. It includes a washer drier.

There are two shower rooms in the flat.
