Hi! We have a room available in a 4 bedroom flat in Abbeyhill. The room is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, a desk & chair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. there is one bathroom and kitchen/living room shared with everyone. The location is great, right next to Holyrood park and Leith, and about 15 minutes from the city centre.

The space will be shared with 3 other female young professionals. It is a cosy flat, everyone mostly does their own thing. We have had some recent changeovers so new flat dynamics are still being shaped.

Rent is £675, bills £100-120/month including CT, gas and electricity, wifi and stairway cleaning.
