Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a small but cozy 2-bedroom flat in Parkside Terrace, Edinburgh. My current flatmate is moving out mid-August, so the second bedroom will be available from the second half of the month.
This flat is located in a quiet residential area literally next to Arthur’s Seat and 10 minutes walk from The Meadows, with stunning greenery all around. Only a few minutes to the Royal Mile by bus and plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the area.
The room won't unfortunately have a wardrobe but I'll be more than happy to help finding and setting up a new one.
The person I'm looking for is simply a tidy, respectful and easy-going individual to share this space with.
