Double Room in Lovely Artist Flat

We are looking for a flatmate to live in our artistic fifth floor flat. The room has a double bed and a large window. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, bathtub, shared dining/living room and a small balcony which gets sun from sunrise to sunset (weather permitting), and an excellent view of the Pentlands.

There is some free parking available most of the time, or permit parking on the street. Stairs and lifts. Location is excellent, with both Lidl and Aldi within 5 minute walk, bigger supermarkets are also present as well as a plethora of Polish, Asian and Middle Eastern markets. Main bus routes along Slateford and Gorgie have the city centre easily accessible.

We are live in landlords, but we are also away for very long periods of time so you'll have the space to yourself for much of the term. We love cooking, hiking, cycling, and travel.

Smoking is fine on the balcony.

Base rent £700pcm for 10 month minimum term (£800pcm for shorter terms), bills are about £150 including broadband, gas & electric, communal charges, and council tax (band A).
