Hello! 👋

I’m heading off for a month and looking for a lovely human to take over my room while I’m away.

📍 Where: Central Edinburgh – right between the vibrant Easter Road and Leith Walk (yes, the best of both worlds). It’s a lively area, but the flat itself is in a quiet little pocket, so you’ll have peace and convenience.

🛏 The Room:
• Available from 1st August to 1st September (dates flexible within reason!)
• Double bed, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers
• £750 for the month all bills included (electricity, council tax, broadband)
• £500 deposit required

🏠 The Flat:
• Two-bedroom flat – you’ll be sharing with a friendly, tidy female professional/student
• Spacious, bright living room with a lovely view of Arthur’s Seat (yes, you can sip your tea and admire a volcano!)
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, air fryer (because we live in the future)
• Private parking included

🎭 Why It’s Perfect:
Coming to Edinburgh for the festival? Visiting for work or a change of scenery? This is a great short-term base with everything within walking distance.

• No pets
• No smoking
• No couples — sorry, it’s a one-human zone
