Postgrad room on Holyrood Road, Bills included

George Square, the centre of Ed Uni, is 10 mins walk away. It's also just 5 mins walk down the road to the King's Palace of Holyrood House, the Scottish Parliament and Holyrood Park, which has running cycling and walking routes and contains the towering Salisbury Crags and Arthur's Seat.

Your flatmates will be three female postgrad students. There are 2 bathrooms for the flat, so for sharing purposes a 4th female is preferred.

The room will be available in early September, for another postgrad wanting to share a lease with others wanting to stay for 12 months.

The room, as can be seen in the video, has a 4ft double bed, wardrobe and IKEA desk. It also has twin large double windows which are openable and double glazed. With blinds and curtains. And a lock and key, lockable from the outside and the inside.

There is wifi throughout the flat. BT unlimited, included in the price. Along with all gas and electricity. And the washer drier which is in the kitchen.

The communal area is the large 14m sq kitchen diner with seating for 4 to 6.

As mentioned there are two bathrooms in the flat. With electric showers.

Opposite the flat on Holyrood road is Moray House school of Edinburgh Univeristy. It also has a library open for use to students of all departments.

More or less opppsite, about 1 min walk, is a cafe and a Tesco small supermarket.

1 min up the road is a University Sports centre containing a 25 meter swimming pool.

A couple of minutes further, around the corner onto The Pleasance, is the other University Sports Centre, truly a great complex. And next to that are the students society centres and meeting areas at the Pleasance.
