Spacious/sunny room for rent in Morningside

I have lived in this beautiful, historic tenement flat for three years, but my flatmate is sadly leaving.

I'm looking for a friendly flatmate (open to couples) to rent her furnished bedroom, ideally in their mid twenties/thirties. Professionals, clean, quiet, and respectful!

The room has two large wardrobes, a functional fireplace, and large double-glazed windows. Includes a large television which my flatmate took off the wall. Space for a desk as well!

The flat includes a large shared living space with exposed brick walls, a working wood stove (which helps reduce bills in the winter and makes the space very cozy!) Large fridge and pantry storage in the open-concept kitchen. In-house laundry and overhead clothes drying rack in hallway. One shared bathroom with a bathtub and electric shower. "Box-room" with bunk beds (perfect for hosting) with a keyboard, musicians welcome. The flat also has access to the building's beautiful private garden!

Preferred move-in is August 15th with some room for flexibility. Council tax band C.
