I am looking for a flatmate who is ready to move in September into my 2 bedroom flat in Wardie, EH5 just across the road from the beach (about a 20 min walk to Newhaven tram stop with a bus stop right out side which takes you into the city centre as well as buses to University of Edinburgh George Square campus a 5 min walk away).
Female students are preferred as I am a 21 year old girl studying human geography at the Uni of Edinburgh moving into 3rd year in September .
The flat comes fully furnished other and the room that is available which comes with the bed and a wardrobe so you can easily make it your own.
