⭐️Large Double Room to Rent During the Fringe⭐️

Hey I’m Amelia and I’m looking to rent out my spare room to anyone looking for accommodation during the fringe whether performer or tourist.

I own the flat, and live here with my two dogs. I work from home 2 days a week and the rest of the time at an office. I’m very active and will be usually found at the gym, running or out with the dogs.

The first is ground floor with a private wee garden out the back. The room is a large double, with a large cupboard and wardrobe for storage. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen which would be shared.

This is only available for during the fringe, so ideally from the 1st August but potential from earlier that week. Shout if you have any questions
