I’m looking for a new flatmate in a 2-bed flat just next to Harrison Park. My current flatmate is moving out, so you’d be taking over his spot on the joint tenancy.

The letting agency needs confirmation by 27th July, so you’ll need to be ready for their referencing process and to sign a new tenancy agreement.

- Available: Around 7th August
- Rent (each): £700 per month + bills ~£150 each
- Tenancy: You’ll need to sign onto the lease with the letting agency (split 50/50)
- Location: Next to Harrison Park and the Union Canal with easy bus links into town.
- Free on-site parking
- No pets or couples

The flat includes:
- 2 bathrooms (both with showers) – no queueing in the mornings
- A good-sized shared living room
- Kitchen with all the usual appliances: washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven, and a dishwasher

You’d be sharing with me – I’m a professional in my late 20s, easygoing and tidy. Looking for someone similar who’s respectful of shared spaces and happy to keep things chilled.
