Double Room In Spacious Flat on The Meadows

We live in a bright, spacious 5 bedroom flat overlooking the Meadows in Tollcross. One of our flatmates is sadly moving out so a room will become available in August.

The high-ceilinged bedroom has a double bed, desk, deskchair, wardrobe and built in cupboards. This room is at the front of the flat, overlooking the Meadows. The occupant of this room will share a bathroom with one of the other flatmates. There is a well-equipped shared kitchen, separate living room also over looking the meadows, and 3 bathrooms.

You'll be living with 3 girls and 1 guy - all professionals - We are keen to find new housemates who are a good fit for the flat and who are also clean and tidy.

As a flat we sometimes hangout together watching TV or a movie, but we're also all independent and enjoy spending time on our own.

The price of rent does include council tax (students would need to acknowledge this) but the bills normally come to around £40 each.
