Double bedroom available in spacious flat

Hey there!!

Thanks for viewing my ad. I have 1 double room available in a spacious 2 level maisonette in Stockbridge center.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, bedside, double wardrobe, and a desk and chair.

The flat is split over two floors, on the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen diner with fridge/freezer and dishwasher as well as all crockery and kitchenware included. There's a separate living room with sofas and television. There's also a cloakroom toilet and washing machine on this floor. Upstairs are the bedrooms and full 4 piece bathroom.

About me: I'm a 36 year old professional. I primarily work from home with some days in the office. I spend a lot of evenings out of the flat at classes, dancing or out with friends and tend to go hiking and camping at the weekends too. I'm creative and sociable so ideally looking for a similar age housemate who wants to share a drink and dinner with a film or series but also likes peace and quiet :)

The rent for the room is £900 including bills which are currently £200 each. This may be variable depending on usage, internet rates etc. Bills include gas, electric, internet, television license, and council tax (Band D). I also do a £10 a month kitty to cover cleaning supplies and toilet roll subscription.

Notice: 1 month notice from either side to allow for flexibility.

Please note- this is a non-smoking, single occupancy rental! Of course overnight guests and visitors are welcome.
