Large bedroom in Newington

Hi! We are looking for a flatmate for our 5 person, queer friendly flat! I’m moving into my own place at the end of July and need someone to take over the room. The flat includes 2 girls and 2 guys so we aren’t really picky about gender, but ideally we would like someone who is also in their early or mid twenties. We are right on the side of the meadows and across the road from a Sainsbury’s and a co-op. We are looking for someone chill, bubbly, tidy and happy to chat in the kitchen but also respectful of others space. If you like cooking dinner together and pub quizzes that’s a plus! Everyone in the flat is a working professional with one also finishing her masters alongside work.

The rent is £640 and bills are usually between £30-50. Deposit is £600.

Photos of the room are from when I moved in and I’ll be leaving the room in the same condition as all of the furniture belong to the flat. Everything will be deep cleaned before you move in!

Room is available from the 1st of August as the rent is due the 1st so ideally need someone ready to send rent and deposit and sign the lease before the 31st of July. However, if you need to move in a few days before or after I’m happy to figure something out!
