I’m Ada and I’m a 27 year old professional searching for a flatmate. My current flatmate is sadly leaving Edinburgh and I’m seeking someone to share the lease with me on our lovely 2 bedroom flat.
- Spacious and bright flat in amazing location, very close to Haymarket.
- Double furnished bedroom.
- Shared kitchen, bathroom and living room.
- Available from 25th August.
- Bills not included - around £150 per person per month (split gas, electric, wifi and council tax band D).
Ideally looking for another professional around the same age and similar interests. I work as an architectural assistant Monday to Friday, mostly in the office, only occasionally work from home. In the evenings I enjoy going to the gym or relaxing at home. Not a big party goer or drinker but do occasionally enjoy a cocktail or two out with friends. Love spending time outside and exploring the city, as well as staying in reading or trying new baking recipes.
