Double room on The Shore

Hi there – I’m renting a room available in a fully furnished 2-bed flat right on The Shore in Leith. The bedroom is a good size and rent is £662.50 per month. Bills are £50 per person and the council tax is property band C. The flat has a washing machine, a shared garden area, and is in a great location—just a short walk from shops, cafes, gyms, and excellent bus and tram links. Smoking is fine, but pets aren’t allowed. The room is available from the 23rd of September, and I’m planning to stay here for at least another year, so ideally looking for someone interested in a longer-term setup.
