Double Rooms Available in Central Flat

Hello!

We are looking for three people to take over our flat. All rooms will be available from 1 October.

All the rooms are 833 pcm, without bills included (usually around 40 pounds for both electricity and gas) and the deposit is 933 for each one as well.

The tenancy is open-ended and it would consist of a change of tenancy. The flat is completely furnished and the location is super convenient, as it's close to the university and central locations.

To note that an UK-based guarantor is required, unless you're able to demonstrate financial solvency. The council tax band is D.
