Room to rent in Slateford from 26th September. Flexible start date so could arrive a week or so earlier if needed. The building is two minutes from the bus stop and five from the train station! We are also a 5-10 min walk from 24hr ASDA and Aldi. The location couldn’t be better honestly and it’s perfect if you attend Napier or Heriot Watt. Rent is 550per month and bills usually come to an additional 25-30£ per month. Wifi is 9£ additional. There is parking available.

Ideally looking for professionals to split council tax as we are band E. If another professional enters the lease it would be split four ways so would be lightened! However we are open to students too.

The flat itself has two shared bathrooms between four tenants. It has a communal living area and kitchen. Comes fully furnished with the room having a double bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe.
