Double room available for 6 months

Spacious double room available in Hillside (top of Leith Walk) from end of April until end of October. Ideally I'm looking for someone who would stay the full 6 months, but happy to consider shorter too.

I am off travelling, so you would be sharing with my wonderful flatmate Denny - a kiwi lass who loves the outdoors, crafting, charity shops, pub quizzes and walks.

The flat benefits from loads of natural light and is in a great location, 10 mins walk from the train station, and very walkable into town.

The place is fully furnished and equipped.

All bills included (including tv, wifi, council tax)
