Double room in 2 bed Newington for professionals

Cute small double room facing the garden in a lovely well-kept and quiet first floor flat with spacious living room and kitchen. Walking distance from the Meadows, Summerhall, Blackford Hill etc.

I'm looking for a friendly, interesting and like-minded flatmate, and ideally someone who tries to make eco-friendly choices and is also vegetarian! Additionally, being clean and considerate is really important for me.

I'm a friendly person who loves to cook veggie food, travel, and read, listen to music and play my instruments. My idea of a good Friday night is a big shared dinner, plenty of wine, and some good music. I definitely like my alone time to decompress (since I run on a busy schedule) but would really like to live with folk who I could also be friends with. I love making the flat beautiful with artworks and flowers and I will make delicious cocktails for you, but you may have to endure my constant singing!!!
