Furnished double room in Central Edinburgh for rent, with lots of space!

We are a flat of 5 professionals in a shared tenement flat. The advertised room is one of two bedrooms upstairs and shares a bathroom primarily with one other tenant, though it is communal. The room is sizable, with a double bed, wardrobe, and room for shelving and a desk. There is also a downstairs bathroom, and a shared kitchen and second fridge in additional pantry space.

There is a large living room that is used as a social space, with some of us working in there during the day and having friends round to watch films and play boardgames in the evenings.

The flat is in a very central location, located between London Road, Easter Road, and Leith Walk. There are excellent transport links across the city, including buses and trams.

The room is £580/month. Bills are not included but are approx. £70 per person per month (internet/gas/council tax band D), and could be more expensive in winter.

Who we are: four professional women ages 26-35, sociable, chill, some rotating and night work schedules, as far as we know no ghosts.

What we’re looking for: Preferably professionals but we’re open to students if they would be willing to pay council tax. Similar age range. We’re all friendly and would be looking for someone who could fit in and enjoy the perks of communal living while respecting each other's boundaries. Must be queer friendly 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️.
