The location is great for the centre of town, and George Square, the centre of the University of Edinburgh is 7 mins.

7 mins in the other direction are the King's Palace and the Scottish Parliament. Plus Holyrood Park containing Arthur's Seat and Salisbury Crags

The impressive University Sports centre is 5 mins away. The are good shops and a cafe within a couple of minutes.
