£800 for the total stay, one person preferred. Availability for a couple could be discussed, for a higher price.

Bright and spacious double room within a 4-bedroom bright and spacious flat. Flat in a prime location on Leith Walk, a lively area with many shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs and venues. 10 minute walk to Princess Street and 15-20 minute walk to Royal Mile (Edinburgh Old Town). Public transportation is easily accessible (Bus-stops right outside the flat, tram-stop less than 5 minutes walking).

We're letting the room since my partner and I will be on a trip those days. The room will be emptier than what you see in the pictures although not completely empty. Drawer and closet space and clean bed linen will be available. You would be sharing the flat with three other people, 1 male and 1 female.

The flat has a bright and spacious dinning/living room and a kitchen with all the amenities and utilities necessary.

All bills included plus Wifi. Deposit £300.
