Double room available in Robertson Gait

Hello!

My current flatmate is moving out to go travelling (exciting stuff!) so I’m looking for a new flatmate to move in from the start of this September.

This is a lovely, cosy top-floor flat with a balcony and free underground and street parking available. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and living room. There’s also a gym in the building complex which is free for residents to use.

The bedroom available is the one pictured and it comfortably fits a double bed. It also has built in storage. It would come unfurnished but my flatmate may be willing to sell some of the furniture if you’re interested.

As a flatmate I am clean, tidy and respectful. It would be fab to have someone to hang out with but also do our own thing. I love outdoor activities, reading, baking and chill pub or wine nights.

I work for a green tech start up and am mostly wfh during the week.

Rent is £700 per month plus £162 for bills (utility/council/wifi).
