It's suitable for someone wanting to share with others wanting to stay for 12 months. Postgraduate international students. Two of the three other flatmates will be from Indonesia. it's for another postgraduate student.

George Square is 10 mins walk

It has good views over to Salisbury Crags, beside Arthur’s Seat in Holyrood Park. The park starts 2 mins walk away. The University at George Square is about 12 minute walk away.

There are two washrooms with a shower ewch in the flat, so that is one per two students. And a bath. The communal room is a 14 sq metre, large well-equiped diner kitchen with seating at a dining table for 4 to 6.

The Palace, the Royal Mile and the Parliament are each about 5 mins walk away. A local Tesco is about 2 mins walk, while the excellent Edinburgh University Sports Centres are nearby on The Pleasance.

We are fully HMO licenced for 4 students, as we have been for 20 years, since the accreditation came into being. And not more than 4, so there is no need to apply if you are a couple.
