I am looking for a post-graduate student (for council tax reasons) to join me in a 2 bedroom flat in central Edinburgh.
Flexible start date - September 2025.
I am currently a young professional but starting a masters course at the Edinburgh College of Art in September 2025. I am looking for post-graduate students only.
I enjoy spending time with others so ideally someone who would be up for movie nights, games, etc…
The flat has a spacious lounge and dining room, a bathroom, square kitchen (with dishwasher) and plenty of storage. The bedroom available is nice and spacious.

It is less than 10 minutes walk from The University of Edinburgh Central Campus as located just off the Royal Mile.
Rent is £665 a month + bills, coming to around £725 per month total. This excludes council tax so will be more if you are not a student. Open to young professionals, but you will need to pay all of the council tax.
