Double room available for short term let in August (7th till 31st August)

I will be moving abroad and I need someone to take over my current room starting from August 7th till August 31 (end of the current tenancy)

The other flatmate will be also moving out and he won't be available most of the time duing August.
The flat is in a great location in Edinburgh city center, right across the street from the grassmarket.
The flat has everything is needed and internet is paid till end of August.

It is a beautiful double bedroom in a two bedroom flat with all amenities and newly installed electric equipments.

I really loved the flat and the room is very wide with a garden view away on the back of the building for privacy.

P. S. The entire flat will be available for rent starting from September 1st, so it could be fully rented by the same person or shared with a new tenant for the other room.

Rent plus expenses is 200 pounds per week all included (electricity, council tax and broadband).

One week insurance will be needed and will be paid end of tenancy.
