Hello! There will be 2 rooms available in this 3 bed flat from the start of September located in Marchmont Crescent. It’s a ground floor flat near the meadows and has a shared garden.

Rent will be £720pm (excluding bills)

Would ideally be looking for non-students for council tax purposes.

You’d be sharing with myself, Peter. I’m a nurse in the royal infirmary so I work a mix of days and nights. But on my days off I’m up for just about any social activity. I’m especially down for cinema trips (or pub trips)

1st room:
Large room with double bed, desk, wardrobe.
The piano will be removed when the current guy moves out.
(Preferred male for this room as it uses a shared bathroom)

2nd room
Large room with double bed, desk, wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom.
