My flatmate and I are looking for someone to take over the third room in the property. It’s located in Haymarket, just a 3 minute walk from the tram stop. We’re girls in our early-mid twenties (non-students) and preferably would like someone similar in that regard. Long-term would be preferred because finding a new flatmate is time-consuming and rent keeps going up :)
Our flat has one toilet room and one shower room, a spacious kitchen, a dishwasher, a box room, and no living room (we’ve got a sofa and a chair in the flat that technically counts as a living space but it’s not it’s own separate room). The room faces the front of the property. Bonus points if you’re a relatively quiet person because being in Haymarket is already loud enough. Council tax and wifi comes out to ~£75, and energy varies based on the month. For as long as I’ve lived here, the total cost has varied between £85 to £230 (colder months are more expensive), but we split that 3 ways. Rent is £675 each right now but might go up to £700 when we get a new flatmate.
We’re very friendly, we respect each other’s space and take care of the shared spaces. We pay our bills on time, and always clean up after ourselves!! It’s very important you have these qualities :) please

About the room:
The photos of the room are from last year and the room looks different now because there’s a lot of extra furniture. All of it will be taken out before you move in so I figured it was easier to show the old photos. You get all the furniture in the photos, except for the big shelf in the third photo. You also get a standing mirror.
