Double room in big flat

Hi all, I’ve just moved to Edinburgh from London into my friends’ flat. I’m looking for someone to fill the second room.

The flats very big in a period property in a really central location in Broughton walking distance from all the main attractions. It’s got a kitchen and separate living room, plenty of storage, and the room is a fair sized double with massive window out onto a quiet street. Bills not included. Oh and the living room is being repainted I promise.

I’m a 27 year old doctor so do work shifts including nights now and then. I’m very into my sports and would be great to have someone who I could chat to about this/join me on some runs. I’m quite sociable, though don’t know many people in the city yet, love a pub session and the very occasional blow out.

Looking for someone chilled out and tidy, but who can be a bit of a laugh and up for watching a bit of sport in the living room.
