Double room in big flat

Hi all, my current housemate is sadly moving out so spare room coming up in my flat. It's a nice period flat located right in the middle of the city (Broughton St) within walking distance from everything you could want.

It’s got a kitchen and separate living room, plenty of storage, and the room is a fair sized double with massive window out onto a quiet street. It currently has a desk in it so can be used to work from home. (photos are a bit old)

I’m a 27 year old doctor and into my sports and would be great to have someone who I could chat to about this/join me on some runs/get out into scottish countryside. I’m also sociable and always down for a pub session.

Looking for someone chilled out and tidy, but who can be a bit of a laugh and up for watching a bit of sport in the living room.
