We are looking for a friendly flatmate to join our 5 bedroom flat, located right on bruntsfield links/meadows.

The room is a beautiful south facing room which gets all the sun in the morning! There is never noise from neighbours and the room has a lovely big window which you can open. The room comes furnished with a king sized bed, wardobe, desk, chest of drawers, and bookshelf, so there’s ample enough storage space.

We are located right on the links and close by to the meadows, and the flat has gorgeous views across to the castle! Its a quiet and peaceful area with different shops close by and great bus links into the city. Its an easy walk from the station and center of town.

We are ideally looking for a long term flatmate who is a young professional. We are laid back and friendly, and all like to cook, the outdoors, going to the pub, gigs etc. We enjoy the occasional flat day trip together, but are pretty independent in the flat as we all have different working schedules. We have a chores rota as we like to keep the flat clean and tidy. Looking for someone who is sociable and friendly, and respectful of the space.

Students may be considered if they are willing to pay for council tax, which is around £57 a month.

Gas/electricity bills are included in this flat, which is super helpful, especially in winter!

A UK Based guarantor would be required if the tenant’s salary does not meet affordability. Otherwise 3 months up front may be required for their share of the rent.

Our current lovely flatmate Francis is moving to Dundee for work, so we are looking for someone for a new lease start date of 1st September. The room will be available from 15th August and keen for someone to move in closer to then, and split the first month’s rent with Francis
